Reservation Policy
Rooms are paid in advance, at the same time as the reservation is made.
We accept the following credit- debit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Diners.
Your card will be charged when you make your reservation. (Your reservation is not valid unless your payment has been accepted.)
All rates include Breakfast and VAT.
All rooms are non-smoking, as are all public areas at Story Hotel.
Change of reservations may only be done by e-mail (reservations@storyhotels.com) or by phone (+ 46 (8) 545 039 40).
Please note, if you change arrival- or departure date, the room rate may vary from your original booking.
Once you are staying at the hotel you may of course prolong your stay. However we cannot guarantee availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation may be cancelled until the day prior to the arrival day at 12:00 (noon) local time. In case of a late cancellation we will keep the cost of the first night. To cancel your reservation, please send an e-mail: reservations@storyhotels.com or call: + 46(8)54503940.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
When reserving a room you will receive a confirmation with your personal key code. This code is to be registered by you at one of our check-in terminals in the lobby area. When entering the room you use the same personal key code as when checking in.
For security reason we also ask you to register the name of the person accompanying you.
If you are a Non-Swedish resident we need to register your passport number. You can register this when making your reservation or our Host in the lobby will take care of this when you check-in.
During your stay at Story Hotel we do not charge your room account for expenses in the Bar, Restaurant or for Room Service. You are kindly asked to pay with your credit card at the time of consumption.
When checking out, simply enter your personal key code at one of the
terminals in our lobby area!
Your room is available for check-in from 14:00 (2:00 pm). The latest
time for check-out is at 12:00 (noon).
